Not often have I seen black feature as a colour on a boat - especially on the hull.

It looks either very well maintained or very new.
The partial roofline - canopy effect + the extra wheel element intrigued me.

I was surprised to see this Environment Protection Authority boat moored at Martha Cove marina.
But a cafe is nearby, just beyond the little ramp on the left.
Perhaps that is the clue.

CMA CGM cargo ship, passing Dromana beach on Port Phillip Bay, as it heads to Port Melbourne.
In October 2013, CMA CGM won the Environment Award at the Global Freight awards.
